Terms of Service

1. The service

SellPilot is an AI sales assistant. It connects to your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account and WhatsApp Business number, shows customer conversations in one inbox, can reply automatically with AI, and helps you manage products and orders.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Connected channels and Meta platform rules

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you authorize SellPilot to receive and send messages for the assets you select. You must have the right to manage those assets, and you must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp messaging policies (for example, replying only within the permitted messaging window and not sending spam). You can disconnect a channel at any time.

4. AI replies

AI replies are generated automatically from your conversations, catalog and settings. They can be wrong. You are responsible for the information you provide to the assistant and for messages sent from your account, including automatic ones. You can take over any conversation and reply yourself.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use SellPilot to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading content;
• sell illegal goods or services, or break any law;
• harass or harm anyone, or collect data about people without a lawful basis;
• interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of your business data and your customers' messages. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data.

7. Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through SSLCommerz. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless required by law.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using SellPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if Meta restricts your use of its platforms. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

SellPilot is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Meta's platforms will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify account owners by email. Continuing to use SellPilot after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
